Vital Signs

Click here for the Medical Checklist supplied by Together Helping Seniors that helps you track simple, pertinent and objective medical information. By faithfully recording the data, you are not only establishing a baseline/history, but also reinforcing your awareness for healthy living. Any deviation from prior readings can indicate a new and even possibly a serious condition. You simply log twice a day your blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate and oxygen saturation. Such a daily practice is one of the many tools that we strongly encourage you to adopt now. A tab in the bottom left hand corner leads you to another worksheet where you can record urination and bowel movements. This and many other beneficial and daily routines will serve you well for the rest of your life.  This habitual logging may seem mundane now (much like how it felt when at first you brushed your teeth after each meal), but it is so very important to maintaining a great quality of life and an awareness thereof (much like keeping your original teeth later in life.)
